Skills & Competencies:
Effective communication in English
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
Physical strength and fitness for manual handling
DUTIES
Receive and sort equipment delivered from Transito into the warehouse
Allocate bin numbers to items that do not have bins
Record all incoming items in the receiving register
Ensure all documents are submitted to the Chief Warehouseman for signature
Store equipment neatly and maintain storage areas
Dispatch outgoing equipment and materials
Record all dispatched items in the dispatch register
Ensure all recipients sign for items received
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
