Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Proven cashier experience in a customer service environment
Fluent in English (other languages advantageous)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong numeracy and basic computer literacy
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Neat, presentable appearance and professional attitude
Key Responsibilities
Follow start- and end-of-shift procedures accurately
Operate toll lane equipment and process all payments correctly
Classify vehicles and issue receipts according to company standards
Report incidents, violations, or equipment faults promptly
Handle cash and documentation securely and responsibly
Maintain a clean and tidy toll booth at all times
Deliver friendly, efficient service to all road users
Comply with health, safety, and security protocols
