01. Eyethu Youth   

Eyethu Youth is an organization that provides youth training solutions and also recruitment. It deals with staffing youth people to their dedicated employers whom they believe can be best candidates.

Not typically a Yes Programme but works closely as a youth empowerment programe. Applying for youth opportunities at Eyethu is very simple, you can either do so by visiting their website. On the home page there is a “Apply Now” button. That’s were everything begins for you.

02. Amy Foundation  

This organization offer Youth Skills Development programmes for people who are around the age of 18-35. Their programmes are based on Hospitality, Beauty and Wellness, Craft and Design including soft skills.

Located in Cape Town, their programmes are for people who have grade 10/12 or higher. If you want to be part of this initiative have a look at their video.

03. Signa  

The Signa Youth Employment Service (YES) Program empowers unemployed youth by providing 12 months of quality workplace experience. Signa also offer learnershipsin IT, Agriculture, Hospitality, Business and more.

Since we are talking about Yes Youth Programmes here are some of the things you need to know to successfully apply.

Applicants must be between the age of 18 - 34, have a valid RSA ID (citizen) and not have previously taken part in the program

04. Lulaway  

Lulaway aims to connect youth with job opportunities, internships and learnerships. Working closely with NYDA, GCRA and other skills development partners.

If you are an entry-level job seeker you can go to the nearest Lulaway Job centre with your CV or follow these steps.Dial *120*5852# and get a sms with a booking or; or contact them at 010 140 9510 

When you have located your nearest Lulaway job centre you will need to have Certified copies of your:

  • ID
  • Qualifications (matric certificate, diplomas, degrees if applicable)
  • Driver’s license (if applicable)

A consultant will help you through the process of the application, you will need to write assessments that in Mathematic Skills, Computer Skills and Language skills.
