As a Branch Advisor FAIS, your role is to deliver an excellent customer experience by assisting with transactional needs, guiding customers to the right banking channels (eChannels and Self-Service), and offering tailored financial solutions while following policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
Qualification: NQF4 or higher
Experience: 1–2 years in client service, support, or delivery
