Tracker is offering a 12-month learnership for individuals who want to develop business administration skills while gaining hands-on workplace experience.

The programme is aligned with the Further Education and Training Certificate: Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595) and offers structured learning combined with practical application.

A total of 25 learners will be placed in either the Customer Engagement or Acquisitions & Scheduling departments.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Manage communication via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Answer incoming calls and resolve client queries according to SOPs and company standards.

Update client records accurately while engaging with them.

Follow up on outstanding queries and ensure service levels are met.

Provide first-line technical support for Tracker units.

Conduct post-installation testing and unit investigations.

Handle financial system queries and offer basic assistance with financial/legal issues.

Adhere to set schedules and ensure electronic communication is processed within SLA timelines.

Assist with other departmental tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

South African citizen, aged 18–35, with a valid ID and no criminal record.

Matric with at least Level 4/D in English and Level 3/E in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.

Currently unemployed and not enrolled in studies.

Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
