We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Agent to join our branch.
Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage.

● Desired Work Experience
● Having technical knowledge in the DIY Tools or Hardware environment would be an absolute added advantage
● Must be able to communicate with customers at all levels
● Must be detailed orientated
● Must be able to read and write English
● Must be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customers
