Clicks Direct Medicine (CDM) is looking for a Junior Contact Centre Consultant to join the Service Centre team in Roodepoort. The role reports to the Service Centre Supervisor.
Job Purpose
To provide efficient, professional customer service on both inbound and outbound calls, helping to increase sales and support overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls quickly and professionally.
Accurately capture customer orders on the CDM online system.
Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and meet personal and team sales targets.
Make timely outbound calls to meet daily cut-off times and support sales goals.
Follow Good Wholesale and Distribution Practice and comply with CDM SOPs during all interactions.
Identify, correct, and report any errors to the Manager after each cut-off period.
Meet cost control targets and adhere to operational deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
Matric / NQF Level 4
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
Experience in pharmaceutical distribution is an advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone etiquette
Understanding of call centre procedures
