Purpose of the Role:

To deliver outstanding customer service by handling inquiries efficiently, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and retail partners via phone and written platforms

Provide basic technical support and product knowledge for customer education

Meet service targets and performance benchmarks (KPIs)

Manage customer interactions and records using CONTACT and Salesforce systems

Maintain customer satisfaction levels in line with company standards

Report on unresolved customer cases

Address queries received through the Service Manager system, website, and retail partners


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

At least 1 year of call centre experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English
