ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Capitec Graduate Programme 2027 is a structured development programme designed to prepare graduates for long-term careers in the banking industry.
Participants will work in a fast-paced environment where they will contribute to real business projects, solve practical challenges, and gain valuable workplace experience from the start.
The programme focuses on ownership, innovation, and client-first thinking while helping graduates develop the capabilities needed for future roles within the organisation.
Successful candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and rotational exposure across relevant business areas.
Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit South African ID number
Must have Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate or National Certificate Vocational)
Must have a minimum B-degree qualification or equivalent (NQF Level 7)
Must have completed the qualification within the last three years or currently be completing a relevant qualification
Must have achieved a minimum overall average of 60% in completed or most recent academic results
Must be willing to relocate if required
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a clear credit record
Must have good communication skills
Must have computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Must enjoy working with others and building relationships
Must be curious, energetic, and motivated to grow
Must be willing to take ownership and contribute ideas
