Cash Centre Client Liaison Officer | Fidelity Services Group | Edenvale, Gauteng.

Reports to: Branch Manager / Regional Manager.


Contract Type: Permanent.

Purpose of the Role

To oversee daily branch operations, ensuring deposits are verified, balanced, and processed in line with client agreements.

The CLO also serves as the key point of contact for client queries and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries professionally and promptly.

Compile, manage, and file incident reports and daily statistics.

Investigate variances in deposits and provide client feedback.

Monitor teller processes via video footage; give feedback and recommend corrective action.

Keep thorough records of investigations, counterfeit notes, and insurance-related documentation.

Ensure all cameras and security equipment are operational; escalate faults where necessary.

Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Key Performance Areas

Investigate and report all variances.

Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.

Keep clients updated on query progress and resolution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.

Registered PSIRA Grade C certificate.

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a cash processing or similar environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (bilingual an advantage).

Professional demeanor with excellent admin and reporting abilities.

Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Good knowledge of relevant legislation.

Team player willing to work overtime when required.
