Fedics is seeking a Cashier with strong customer service skills to manage point-of-sale transactions and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate should create a welcoming atmosphere at the till while also supporting kitchen duties, including meal preparation and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and high hygiene standards are maintained
Follow all procedures related to handling cash and card transactions
Support stock-taking processes
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
Provide warm and professional customer service
Understand product offerings and till systems
Accurately and efficiently complete transactions
Maintain high-quality product presentation
Help prevent stock loss and follow company loss prevention procedures
Comply with company policies regarding the management of cash and financial accountability
Skills & Competencies Needed:
Strong customer service focus
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Prior experience working as a cashier is essential
Minimum Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
