Location: City of Ekurhuleni
Remuneration: R5,850.00 per month
Contract Type: Temporary, non-renewable (ending 30 June 2026)

Minimum Requirements:
A post-matric qualification is advantageous
Must be a South African citizen
Must reside within the City of Ekurhuleni
Basic understanding of municipal services
Able to write clear and accurate reports
Familiarity with the local languages and community dynamics
Strong communication and language abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project applications and supporting documents are complete and correctly submitted
Report any issues during tasks to the Project Manager
Regularly monitor cold room temperatures and compressor operations
Oversee on-site stock control, ensuring proper storage and tracking
Maintain cleanliness during offloading and stacking by cleaning spills
Promote safety and prevent theft or injuries on the worksite
Implement supportive actions to improve project execution
Use interpersonal skills to contribute to successful project outcomes
Compile daily attendance and payment records for EPWP workers
Create detailed site reports with photos documenting activities
Handle general administrative duties related to department projects
Inspect equipment and track work progress to ensure adherence to SOPs
