Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Gaming Analyst to join our international cyber services and investigations team. In this role, you’ll conduct investigations to protect clients in the video game industry from cyber threats and intellectual property violations. This includes analyzing cheats, researching emerging threats, and documenting findings in detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with the latest cheat methods in gaming
Engage with cheat developers and gather intelligence
Conduct hands-on analysis of cheats and other threats
Write thorough, technical investigation reports
Monitor online platforms and forums (both public and private) for new attack methods
Rigorously test discovered exploits and document results
What You Bring to the Team:
Good understanding of network protocols and ability to analyze pcap files
Comfortable using Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with VMs and troubleshooting installations
Background in IT administration, networking, development, or cybersecurity (via work or education)
Basic skills in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), scripting, and virtualization tools
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience writing technical reports with detailed data and analysis
Fluent in English; additional languages (like Chinese, Russian, Korean, Ukrainian, or Mandarin) are a plus
