Key Purpose:
To administer claims and handle related queries while maintaining communication with clients, doctors, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Telephonic & written correspondence with clients (doctors, claimants, solicitors, advisors).
Setting up benefit & medical report payments.
Notifying re-insurers about claim details.
Administering unemployment claims for premium waivers.
Preparing and managing claim documentation.
Referring cases to management, forensics, or the CMO when needed.
Capturing and reporting on claims statistics.
Requirements:
Matric (essential).
1 year client services experience in life insurance (essential).
6 months claims administration experience (advantageous).
2 years’ experience in a UK insurance environment (advantageous).
Intermediate understanding of long-term insurance in the UK.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
