We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team at Junior Colleges Ridge View.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers with all classroom assistant duties.
Maintain and promote the school’s ethos.
Prepare learners holistically for the next grade and ensure school readiness.
Assist with continuous learner assessments and provide feedback to parents through interviews and reports.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the school’s success.
Follow and implement a structured daily programme.
Actively participate in school events throughout the year.
Incorporate learning through play and maintain an informal, engaging teaching style.
Encourage child participation in all learning activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum: Matric Certificate.
