Job Overview
We are looking for a Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all assigned areas.
The role involves following daily and scheduled cleaning duties while ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas as required.
Dust surfaces and offices according to the cleaning schedule.
Clean windows when needed and as per schedule.
Follow health and safety procedures, including displaying wet floor signs.
Conduct hourly bathroom checks and clean staff toilets at least twice daily.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
Matric (Grade 12).
At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
Skills:
Strong emotional intelligence.
Good communication skills.
Proven ability to maintain cleanliness in an office environment.
High level of hygiene awareness.
Behavioural Competencies:
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
Friendly and adaptable to changing situations.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Assertive with a professional and diplomatic approach.
