Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Store Assistant Manager for their Gauteng Stores .Assist the Store Manager with complete operation of the store. Manage employees and be responsible for store targets.


Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels – anticipating customer demand. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric


Minimum of 5 years Retail/FMCG –Experience in all retail departments –Receiving, Administration, Cash Office or Sales Floor Management.
Supervisor: Minimum of 3 years
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Unisolv / SAP / Qlikview
Previous experience with Kronos
Advantageous:


Relevant retail/FMCG qualification
Job Description:
Manage day-to-day human resource administration including, but not limited to, leave, hours of work and scheduling
Manage the performance management process and ensure that personal development plans are adhered to


Manage and ensure all orders are done on a daily basis, no time, and maintain correct stock levels
Manage stock flow to floor
Prepare, coordinate and manage stock takes on a biannual basis, in conjunction with the Store Admin Manager

Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Accounts Receivable Debt Administrator to join their team for a 6 Months Fixed Term Contract. The debt administrator is responsible for successfully and accurately maintaining the debtors book by efficiently collecting debt due to the Group.


Requirements:
Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate and/ or a relevant Accounting Qualification
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in debt collection environment
Advantageous:
Debt collection experience in a pharmaceutical environment


Job Specification:
Open and maintain accounts as per standard operating procedure.
Conduct accurate ITC checks for accounts prior to approval.
Receive and allocate daily payments from customers to correct accounts.
Report customer complaints and irregularities to management.

5. Dispensary Support Talent Pool

Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Dispensary Support to join the team for our various stores. The main purpose of this is to employ learners who are capable of doing and completing the learner basic pharmacist assistant course. This course will equip learners to understand the


underlying principles of all of the major areas related to the pharmaceutical environment and dispensing and promotes the notion of quality on the job learning. Staff will be employed in a Fixed Term position as Dispensary Support until such time as they are registered with the SAPC as learner basic assistants.


Only once qualified as a basic pharmacist assistant will permanent employment be offered.

Requirement:
Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate with Pure Mathematics 50%, Life Science and or Physical Science and obtained at least an average of 50%

The key purpose of the position is to manage and operate a profitable, Primary Health Care Clinic that is situated in a pharmacy within the scope of practice of a registered nursing practitioner.


Requirements:
Grade 12 – Matric
Tertiary qualification in General Nursing
Degree/Diploma in Midwifery
Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
Nursing practitioner must obtain BHF registration



2-3 years’ experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister
Computer skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
