Job Summary
Afrihost is seeking a Client Support and Services Consultant to join their team in Rivonia, JHB.
The successful candidate will provide phenomenal support to clients via various help channels, including email and telephone.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot DSL, Fibre, and Mobile Broadband Services, Voice Services, Web Hosting, and Fixed Line Services.
Client Support: Assist clients with general information on Afrihost products, signups, device configuration, and service provisioning.
Fault Logging: Log faults and keep clients updated on order progress.
Requirements
Experience: Client services experience, IT support experience, and technical experience with DSL, 3G/LTE/5G, Fibre, and email.
Skills: Enthusiasm, dedication, great communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and committed to client service excellence.
Location: Must be in the Gauteng area with reliable transport.
