As the welcoming face of our luxury hotel, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Anticipate and personalize guest services to exceed expectations
Handle VIP arrivals and special requests with discretion
Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain a pristine front desk and lobby area
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback
Process payments and manage billing with accuracy
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols
Requirements
Matric certificate; Hospitality Management diploma or degree preferred
2+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills and proficiency in hotel management systems
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Skills
Fluency in multiple languages
Familiarity with luxury service standards
Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Experience handling VIP guests and high-profile clientele
