About the Role
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to deliver front-of-house and support services.
This includes welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms, coordinating porterage services, and ensuring compliance with workplace management standards.
As part of Africaβs leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions Provider, Tsebo offers a broad range of services including Facilities Management, Catering, Cleaning, Energy, Protection, and Workspace Design.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Operational Support
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring special requirements are met.
Coordinate meeting room setups, technical checks, and cleanliness.
Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and client inquiries.
Report building maintenance and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
πΉ Customer Service
Deliver exceptional client experiences with a customer-first mindset.
Respond to and resolve client concerns or escalate when needed.
Work closely with teams to maintain service excellence and compliance.
Manage conflicts and ensure follow-through on escalated queries.
πΉ Reporting & Administration
Update and maintain checklists for meeting rooms.
Support workplace management processes to improve efficiency.
πΉ Professional Conduct
Represent Tsebo and its clients professionally.
Adhere to ethical, safety, and quality standards (SHEQ).
Take accountability for performance and flexibility in duties.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of facilities management tools and hospitality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office; multilingualism is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 (essential).
Computer literacy.
Hospitality certificate/diploma (advantage).
2β3 years of frontline hotel, concierge, or customer service experience.
