About the Role
Jobs4All is looking for skilled Construction Foremen who are available immediately to oversee and manage construction projects.
The role requires strong leadership to coordinate teams, ensure deadlines are met, and uphold quality and safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Interpret and work according to blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety rules and quality requirements.
Track project progress and provide updates to project managers.
Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges.
Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of construction practices, processes, and safety standards.
Own transport and tools (advantageous but not compulsory).
