About the Role
A well-established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a dependable and professional Temporary Driver to provide transport and administrative support during a one-month contract period.
Requirements
Valid PDP licence (Professional Driving Permit).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Well-presented, discreet, and courteous when dealing with VIP clients.
Must reside in or near Pretoria East.
Flexibility to work overtime (e.g., start at 6 am or finish at 6 pm if required).
Key Responsibilities
Handle DOCEX collections and deliveries from the post office.
Transport VIP clients professionally and courteously.
Purchase office supplies and small equipment as needed.
Issue and record stock accurately.
Perform general admin duties, including capturing data in Excel and Word.
Assist with ad hoc errands as required.
