About the Role
Atlas Finance is looking for a Consultant to assist clients with credit loan applications, ensuring compliance with credit regulations and company policies.
This role also involves promoting loans, meeting sales targets, and supporting collections while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and assist clients with credit loan applications.
Meet monthly loan sales and collections targets.
Follow company procedures for collections and instalment follow-ups.
Accurately maintain records and ensure branch housekeeping standards.
Deliver professional, friendly service to all clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (essential).
Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 3).
At least 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry.
Strong mathematical literacy.
