About the Role

As a Document Controller, you will oversee the preparation, organization, and management of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing within the SAP DMS system, while monitoring workflows, addressing delays, and ensuring all documents are properly tracked and reported.


Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation in line with project scope and client contracts.

Control numbering, filing, distribution, reporting, and retrieval of documents.

Track document workflows and flag delays or concerns.

Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documents in SAP DMS.

Compile data sets and ensure timely availability of project records.


Requirements

Education

Matric (essential).

Post-matric qualification (advantageous).

Computer literacy (Word, Excel).

SAP DMS experience preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years as a Document Controller, ideally within a turnkey project execution environment.
