Purpose of the Role
Ensure that high-quality products are properly received, prepared, and served to customers according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
Keep the store clean and hygienic in line with SOP requirements
Follow all food safety standards
Prepare menu items quickly and accurately according to SOP
Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
Strong customer service skills
Good verbal communication abilities
