Role Overview
The Branch Administrator plays a key role in managing the branch’s administrative and operational tasks. This position ensures that daily operations run smoothly, company policies are followed, and both management and staff receive effective support.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all administrative tasks within the branch
Manage office functions such as reception duties, filing, and general correspondence
Handle financial admin, including expense tracking and reconciliation
Assist with HR duties like onboarding, leave administration, and maintaining staff records
Compile reports, presentations, and documents for management
Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and relevant regulations
Provide support to staff and act as a communication link between the branch and head office
Requirements
Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Previous administrative or office management experience (branch admin experience is a plus)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
