About the Role:
Truworths is seeking a well-presented, customer-focused individual to join the team as a Cosmetic Consultant for Lancôme.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-driven, passionate about beauty, and have excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Duties:
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Perform makeovers and product demonstrations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lancôme products and other beauty ranges.
Handle administration and necessary paperwork.
Manage stock control, including stock takes and counts.
Ensure the counter is clean and well-presented at all times.
Work closely with brand representatives.
Support promotions, events, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with cosmetics.
Basic knowledge of makeover techniques.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills.
Good administrative ability.
Sales and target-oriented mindset.
