Role Summary:
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, positive, and have a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented service via telephone
Resolve customer queries at first contact
Work collaboratively within a high-performance team
Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Previous experience in customer retention is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
