Job Purpose

Support the Head of Human Capital Management by delivering efficient administrative services to ensure smooth office operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Coordinate meetings, bookings, logistics, and documentation

Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and proofread communication

Maintain filing systems and manage document storage and retrieval

Monitor office supplies and request replenishments

Support to Head of HCM

Provide general and special administrative support

Summarize and compile documents and reports as requested

Welcome and direct visitors and stakeholders professionally

Risk, Compliance & Governance

Follow fraud controls and ISO quality standards

Support audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and legal policies

Help manage service level agreements and operational risks

Stakeholder Relations

Build relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams

Represent the office professionally in all interactions

Serve as a contact point for queries and coordinate information flow
