Purpose of the Role
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to sales growth through effective merchandising and store operations.
You’ll support the store manager in day-to-day tasks while creating a positive shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Previous retail or sales experience
Strong customer focus
Able to work well in a team
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to handle pressure
Honest, reliable, and proactive
Key Responsibilities
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Safeguard all store assets including stock, cash, and equipment
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain store layout and merchandising standards
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Perform accurate stockroom and lay-by administration
Keep the store neat, tidy, and well-stocked
