TLC Worldwide is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support customers, manage bookings, and deliver smooth, enjoyable experiences. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers understand campaign details, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding quickly and professionally.
Understand campaign rules and confidently guide customers through the process.
Manage and coordinate bookings, communicating with suppliers and keeping customers updated.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Maintain accurate records while adhering to data protection guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment
A proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-focused attitude
