Your role will be to assist customers — answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they always have a great experience with The Panda Group.
What You’ll Do
Handle incoming calls and connect customers to the right people.
Engage with both commercial and residential clients in a polite, professional way.
Provide accurate, detailed information about our services.
Resolve customer issues and follow up to make sure they’re fully satisfied.
Log and process queries efficiently.
Work closely with your teammates to deliver smooth service.
Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on customer feedback or concerns.
What You’ll Need

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle different tasks.
