About the Role

Tracker is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Johannesburg Sales Department. The successful candidate will provide professional sales and administrative support, ensuring excellent service to both new and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities

Process and manage sales contracts received from clients and sales consultants.

Follow up on contracts submitted by Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centres, and Consultants.

Schedule and track vehicle fitments.

Prepare and share performance statistics with sales teams and partners.

Handle customer and partner queries professionallyโ€”investigating and following up until resolved.

Ensure that Lead Sources and Pricing Sources are correctly captured.

Issue insurance certificates.

Manage incoming calls and provide quality support to clients and partners.

Collaborate with Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centres, Corporates, and Sales staff.

Always act in the best interest of both the customer and the company.


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric.

At least 2 yearsโ€™ administrative experience (advantageous).

Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
