About the Role
Galaxy Outsourcing is hiring a remote Customer Service Consultant to join the support team for a fast-growing fresh produce brand focused on sustainability and healthy living.
You’ll be the first point of contact for UK-based customers, managing queries across multiple channels including email, live chat, phone, and social media.
Working Hours
Wednesday to Tuesday, 9:00 – 17:30 (UK time)
Weekends are mandatory
Sunday shifts paid at 1.5x rate
Average gross salary: R14,388 per month
Responsibilities
Handle 7–8 customer interactions per hour, including delivery changes, order updates, product queries, and general support.
Respond to messages across email, live chat, phone, and social media in a friendly, professional tone.
Accurately log all interactions to ensure smooth handovers within the team.
Escalate issues when needed and collaborate closely with other departments.
