About the Role
@home Living Space in Roodepoort is looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about retail, décor, and customer service.
As a brand ambassador, you’ll create a welcoming shopping experience, drive sales, and stay on top of décor and fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the brand by delivering excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Track sales performance against targets and work to exceed them.
Sell a wide range of décor and lifestyle products.
Identify new sales opportunities and upselling options.
Replenish merchandise to keep the store fully stocked and customer-ready.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship.
Matric advantageous.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Passion for retail, décor, and fashion (advantageous).
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
Must have reliable transport and be available to start immediately.
