About the Role
TsAfrika Catering Solutions, part of the Tsebo Solutions Group, is looking for a Storeman to join its team in Centurion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock management, including receiving, issuing, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates, and ensuring that all goods are stored correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Order and receive food, resale items, and beverages according to company procedures.
Issue stock from fridges, freezers, dry store, and chemical store as required.
Conduct daily costing of stock, meals, and functions.
Process invoices daily on My Market.
Perform weekly stock counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
Maintain storerooms, fridges, and freezers in a clean and hygienic condition.
Manage stock wastage and leftovers effectively.
Ensure sufficient stock is available and report shortages.
Build and maintain strong supplier and client relationships.
Safeguard all stock and equipment in storage areas.
Handle customer complaints and compliments in a professional manner.
Assist with other duties when required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Computer literacy (My Market experience advantageous).
Good food and beverage knowledge.
Team player with strong attention to detail.
Organised, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
At least 2 years’ storekeeping or stock control experience.
Previous costing and stock management experience (advantageous).
