As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:
Data Capturing
Receiving and recording information
Capturing data into databases, spreadsheets and official systems
Data Verification
Checking for missing or incorrect information
Reviewing and validating records
Data Management
Backing up data regularly
Updating registers and statistics
Record Keeping
Maintaining organised files
Ensuring records are properly stored and secured
Providing information to relevant units
Requirements:
Have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Have basic computer skills
Pay attention to detail
Can work accurately with information and records
No prior work experience is required. Knowledge of clerical duties and data systems will be an added advantage.
