This role supports a USAID-funded initiative that runs in the province of Mpumalanga’s three districts: Gert Sibande, Nkangala, and Ehlanzeni.  The program, which is spearheaded by Pact and backed by mothers2mothers (m2m), aims to provide

essential community-based services to children aged 0 to 20 who are living with HIV (CLHIV) and their families.  Reaching and keeping these vulnerable groups throughout the HIV care continuum depends heavily on this function, which involves close

collaboration with government agencies such as the Department of Health and other important partners.  The project is scheduled to be implemented between July 1 and September 15, 2025, though these dates could change.

Performance Areas:
● Ensure receipt of all daily and other reporting forms from sites /community and capture on CBIMS (100%)
● Documenting of number of forms/files

received on all reporting platforms (100%
Participate in data analysis and drafting of related reports and/or presentations (100%)
Data Quality:
● Ensure complete and accurate data entry

and follow up where there are missing data reporting forms, implement data quality controls into CBIMS or any other project database (100%)
● Run data quality checks and data audits at random (100%)

● Review and conduct first level data cleaning before data entry and communicate discrepancies to Data Quality Assistant (50%.
● Conduct audit and record on all projects data captured (50%).
Training and Development:

Requirements
● Matric certificate 
Competencies:
● Minimum of 1 year data capturing experience
● Basic administrative and computer skills

(MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Statistical software experience I.e. MS Access and Excel
● Basic filing experience

● Fluency in English and another official South African Language
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
