About the Role:
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wadding Day Shift Driver to manage the handling, storage, and issuing of wadding materials within the warehouse. The successful candidate will help maintain safety, quality, and stock accuracy to support smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle wadding rolls using clamp or prong trucks.
Ensure all wadding is neatly dressed, defect-free, and stored according to FIFO standards.
Capture wadding movements on SAP and maintain accurate stock records.
Conduct daily and monthly stock counts; investigate discrepancies.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the Wadding Store.
Remove and record all NCR (non-conforming) wadding rolls from the production floor.
Provide backup support for other drivers or the Inventory Controller when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
At least 1 year of experience in a wadding store or similar environment.
Valid clamp and prong truck licenses (minimum 1 year).
Strong SAP and warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
Good communication and attention to detail.
