Introduction
A Work Integrated Learning opportunity is available for an HR TVET Learner looking to gain practical workplace experience while completing their qualification.
The fixed-term programme provides hands-on exposure to different Human Resources functions and allows learners to apply their theoretical knowledge in a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
The HR WIL Learner may assist with:
- Talent Acquisition Support
- HR Administration
- Reporting
- Data Capturing
- Filing
- Project Administration
- HR Projects and Events
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Completed N6 in Human Resources at a TVET College
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advantageous
- Additional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
