Key Responsibilities
Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for teaching and school support roles in the UK.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified educators.
Oversee candidate compliance and documentation in line with UK safeguarding requirements.
Collaborate with UK consultants and schools to ensure successful placements.
Keep accurate candidate records and update the CRM system regularly.
Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements
Proven experience in UK education recruitment or resourcing (essential).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working across UK time zones.
Familiarity with recruitment databases and compliance processes.
