About the Role
RCL Foods is looking for a Checker to join the Supply Chain team at the Randfontein site.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the role is responsible for conducting all inbound and outbound stock checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Computer literacy.
At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Logical thinking ability.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Checking
Verify all picked and palletised stock before dispatch and loading.
Confirm stock is correctly labelled, positioned, and stored at the correct temperature.
Remove damaged, expired, or noncompliant stock according to company standards.
Inspect inbound products for quality and quantity.
Housekeeping
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure correct storage of cleaning equipment.
Keep stacking secure, pallets and boards cleared, and walkways neat.
Stock Control
Ensure proper stacking and rotation of stock.
Conduct spot checks during loading.
