Role Purpose
The role focuses on ensuring smooth customer onboarding, efficient project administration, and providing support services.
You will serve as the link between internal departments and external clients, particularly during project implementation and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Processes
Ensure accurate and timely completion of order entries.
Validate orders within agreed turnaround times (TATs).
Handle customer pre-credit vetting and registration.
Manage MASS activations and escalate queries when needed.
Monitor and resolve issues in the Order Entry Queue.
Identify and escalate potential fraud immediately.
Onboarding Administration
Maintain daily order spreadsheets and ensure proper document filing.
Safeguard data integrity across systems and databases.
Update Remedy and Eppix systems to reduce client complaints.
Support query resolution, fulfilment, activation, and APN provisioning.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Adhere to quality standards, processes, and deadlines.
Escalate non-compliance issues promptly.
Customer Service
Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution where possible.
Provide professional support and feedback to clients.
Educate clients on MTN products and services.
Escalate unresolved queries appropriately.
Risk & Quality Management
Process applications such as activations, SIM additions, transfers, upgrades, MNP, and outright purchases.
Ensure packages are aligned with client contracts.
Maintain compliance with credit assessment and MTN service delivery standards.
Order & Fulfilment
Track accounts to confirm correct setup and fulfilment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver customer requirements.
Manage activations, mass activations, and VAS provisioning.
Reporting
Compile and provide input for reporting on key projects.
Minimum Requirements
Education: 1-year tertiary Diploma (Commerce or related field).
Experience:
At least 2 years in Sales Support, ICT/Telecoms, or Customer Service.
Service delivery or customer service support experience is advantageous.
