Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales inquiries and develop strong client relationships.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes, proposals, and tenders.
Assist the external sales team with administration and lead generation.
Accurately process sales orders and maintain CRM records.
Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in internal/technical sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Interest or experience in automation, engineering, or industrial technology will be an advantage.
