Job Overview

Airbus Southern Africa is seeking a skilled Executive Team Assistant to provide professional administrative and executive support to the Senior Leadership Team and CEOโ€™s Office. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and/or Company Secretary, including managing calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.

Prepare presentations, reports, and official documents.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Coordinate Board and Committee functions โ€” prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and liaise with the Company Secretary for distribution of board materials.

Assist with new employee onboarding, including guidance on company policies and HR-related administration (leave, medical claims, etc.).

Manage filing systems, databases, and records to ensure accurate documentation.

Take initiative in managing small projects and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Perform additional administrative duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Relevant qualification in administration, business, or related field.

At least 5 yearsโ€™ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience in managing multiple calendars and coordinating executive-level meetings.

Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Valid driverโ€™s license required.
