1. Export Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Export Administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an export environment. The successful candidate will handle import and export sales orders from start to finish, liaise with international clients, and coordinate with shipping agents, transporters, and airlines.
Key Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) and a qualification in Export/Import (essential)
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Fluency in at least one additional language, preferably French or Portuguese
Strong Excel skills (must have)
Sound basic accounting knowledge
Thorough understanding of the Export/Import process, Cross Trade, and related documentation
Based in Johannesburg | Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00

2. Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing stock and warehouse operations. The role involves overseeing inventory management, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement a new stock management system
Maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor stock levels and align with demand
Develop and improve inventory control systems to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Work closely with the Finance Department to manage stock and orders
Forecast supply and demand for consistent stock availability
Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper stock arrangement
Manage and support drivers and delivery schedules
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to streamline procurement
Ensure purchases remain within budget

3. Distribution Sales Representative
We’re hiring a motivated Distribution Sales Representative with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector. The successful candidate will represent Aftex’s products to retailers, secure orders, and promote effective merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail clients to present and sell company products
Promote sales through merchandising and display techniques
Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends
Ensure products are available in the right stores, at the right time, and in the right quantities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (retail preferred)
Proven sales track record
Excellent communication skills
Own reliable vehicle
Strong commercial drive and customer focus
