Role Purpose:

To provide comprehensive administrative support that ensures the efficient operation of the facilities management function.

Key Responsibilities:

Control expenses within set budgets to maximize cost efficiency

Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, end-users, and management

Handle customer queries promptly and effectively

Deliver outstanding customer service through innovative and practical solutions

Track legal, regulatory, and industry developments and help implement appropriate responses

Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems for smooth operations

Ensure all department processes are properly administered

Supply accurate and timely management reports

Support team development through planning, training, and performance management

Take ownership of personal growth and development


Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 3 years’ experience in facilities administration

A relevant qualification is preferred

Strong understanding of customer service principles
