About the Role
Our client in the Agricultural Sector is seeking a motivated Feed Mill Team Leader (Trainee) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to lead effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)
Valid RSA driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients and final product uniformity
Oversee feed manufacturing according to established formulas and standards
Ensure staff perform their duties in line with standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment
