Purpose of the Role
To deliver exceptional customer service and assist in maintaining a high standard of store presentation throughout the festive period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service at all times.
Assist customers with product queries and direct them to the right items.
Maintain store displays and merchandising according to visual standards.
Refill shelves promptly and ensure the store remains clean and organised.
Wrap and bag purchased items neatly and efficiently.
Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment will be an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
Ability to follow instructions and meet timeframes.
Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
