About the Role

Managed People Solutions, a respected company in the liquor industry, is looking for a dependable and professional Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Operations Director at their Head Office in Centurion.

This position requires someone who is highly organised, discreet, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain and manage all office systems and equipment.

Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders accurately.

Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport.

Draft and prioritise correspondence and documentation in line with deadlines.

Respond to or escalate queries and requests within 24 hours.

Support the Director with the execution of marketing initiatives.

Attend meetings with the Director and suppliers, taking action notes.

Manage advertising briefs, media schedules, and deadlines.

Liaise with designers, printers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Update supplier pricing and consolidate monthly reports.

Process and submit regional leave requests within 2 working days.

Place job orders and manage stationery inventory to avoid shortages.

Issue purchase order (PO) numbers within 24 hours of receiving requests.

Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and facilitate payment processing.


Qualifications and Experience

Matric (Grade 12) is essential.

A tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Secretarial Studies will be an advantage.

3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.

Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.

Proven ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and office systems effectively.
